T6 Pureblood - how to get it, is it the best horse?

So I found - what is to my knowledge - the best horse in the game. I didn't buy it, I just randomly found it while travelling on the campaign map. I don't think the location is important, but I was just south of Seonon/north of Marunath.

Slightly less mobile than the Aserai Horse, but it has 35% more hp, and ridiculous charge damage.

Also, look at the value. 28.4k just by itself. I wonder if the Breeder perk will help me here?

Here's how I think I found this horse. It was either this, Beast Whisperer perk (Scouting);

I don't think the horse came from the Breeder perk though. Again, this horse just randomly appeared in my inventory. Vanilla, no mods at all.

I hope I can find another one. The stats are fantastic, and having a breeding stock of them would make me rich beyond my wildest dreams.
