What the hell did they do to Fennagan?

Bro used to have 275 in every combat stat and now he has… 50 two handed? 120 athletics? He and Caladog were the gatekeepers of Battanian tournaments, now they’re just battanian recruits with fancy armor. Arwa gutted, Corein gutted, every tournament is weenie hut junior? AI not taking cities and castles.

So none of the other factions in my sandbox game are have taken each others castles or towns. Or if they did it was recaptured right away. Is this normal or is my save fucked? Its around day 600 and ive been waiting for one of them to capture something so I can attack it but they simply aren't doing anything.
