I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. NPC kingdoms economy

Is there any economy simulations for NPC kingdoms. I'm at war with Aserai sultanate and they have tons of clans which means they raid my villages, siege my cities and make 800 men armies in no time. So there are 2 questions: Do kingdoms have money limit for their actions? Because I have. Do kingdoms have units limit? Because you can't hire another pack of soldiers in the city after battle. I've tried executing their nobles but that only runs my relationship with literally everybody.
