What the hell did they do to Fennagan?

Bro used to have 275 in every combat stat and now he has… 50 two handed? 120 athletics? He and Caladog were the gatekeepers of Battanian tournaments, now they’re just battanian recruits with fancy armor. Arwa gutted, Corein gutted, every tournament is weenie hut junior? I'm stuck between destroying/rebuilding empire.

Okay so I'm new to the game and have a few questions I need help with.

  1. I see that whether you choose to rebuild or destroy the empire you have to either create/support a kingdom or create/support a fraction. I want to know in a general sense what are the two different starting points to creating/supporting either seneriao.

  2. I also am wondering if you choose to support a kingdom/fraction can you later after building up some land/men/money can you leave the supporting kingdom/fraction and keep all that & start your own kingdom/fraction to help Jumpstart?

  3. What are some things to worry about if you choose to create a fraction/kingdom from scratch?
