Can't check mods on in Bannerlord menu, they are greyed out. What do i do?

So i tried downloading Realistic Battles and Detailed Character Creation and the boxes are greyed out when i try to turn them on. I downloaded all the dependencies. I have ButterLib, Harmony, Unlock DLL's, MCM, all that and im able to turn those on.

What am i doing wrong here, any help?
