Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Ideas for RP playthrough?

I wanna do a new RP playtrhough. I am using mods, but nothing to make me stronger, just those armouries, tropp changer i might use distingushed service. I like battles, I love Cataphrac lance charging and some javelin throwing, but kinda tired of babysiting the stupid soldiers. So maybe distingushed service and make a party of few elites and later join or start new kingdom, or just be a mercenary group of bastards? I dont like Khuzait and Battanians I always join the Sturgians. Now i am thinking about reuniting the Empire. Their wives look so good in the mod: baddass lords. Your thoughts for RP and backstory? I might even join the Aserai, kinda like them, just dont like their position on the map and dont really know how to use the Faris.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
