What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? Im struggling to consistently make money

Currently way into a play through, tier 4 clan, vassal of Battania which i though would have most wars as they are pretty much surrounded. However the wars come and go and at the moment we are at peace with everyone and a 0% support for declaring war. Before the end of the wars i had about 300/350k which was fine but have been at peace now for so long im down to about 30k. I have 1 town and 1 castle but find that the garrisons in them are costing me so much that i had to get rid of all 400+ town garrison so i wasn’t haemorrhaging money. I now lose about 300- 700 a day which isnt horrendous but without income it will run out. I have 3 caravans running around which since they nurfed it make me roughly 1000 maybe less a day. Cant get any more as have topped companion limit and are using the others for things. My party is up to 183 troops of which i have lots of fian champions and the rest khan guard which i know are expensive but after grinding to get them upgraded i dont want to disband them. At this point im turning down other fiefs because they end up costing more time and money to run and garrison properly. Any tips on how else i can make money without wars? Thank in advance
