Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Is there a way to find high trade companions?

I get a lot of melee companions as I'm searching, but none for trade or even just steward. Also when I visit cities i haven't in a long time, there aren't any available companions for hire, is that supposed to happen?

Anyway is there a specific place to go to find more social or int focused companions?
