I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. I can’t get clans to join me

So basically i didn’t know that when u like execute a large portion of characters they’ll never forgive you. So now i can’t get clans to join me. and also what i’ve been doing for clans is just giving my companions kingdoms so they can make clans for themselves but their so damn useless. Is there anyway to get them to join me?
