What the hell did they do to Fennagan?

Bro used to have 275 in every combat stat and now he has… 50 two handed? 120 athletics? He and Caladog were the gatekeepers of Battanian tournaments, now they’re just battanian recruits with fancy armor. Arwa gutted, Corein gutted, every tournament is weenie hut junior? Are training skills useless?

So I was looking for ways to increase the rate in which I gain higher tier troops and since training was so overpowered in warband I was looking into getting a companion for it or just stating into it myself. But the more I look into the shittier it seems. Like come on 2xp per day? It seem rigged from the start.
