can I have some tips on how to manage feifs (my first ever play through)

This is my first ever time playing these types of games I always play Skyrim fallout cod forza and seen bannerlord on game pass so I figured I’d give it a go and I really enjoy the gameplay so I just need a few tips on how to manage my fiefs… ive got lagerta, hertogea castle and epicrotea… I’ve gotten governors for each of them and my food is 0…. For hertogea my garrison(200 troops) is saying all wounded. Is that linked to the food shortage? My villages around hertogea keeps getting raided? I’ve picked battania cos it’s based on the Celts and I’m welsh so it goes well for me personally…. Unfortunately I’m on Xbox so I can’t use any mods or commands, I’d appreciate any help I can get, apologies for the shit spelling it’s 5am and I’m half asleep

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
