Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. Do the consequences of executing lords transfer to the heir of your clan?

This is my first playthrough. My character is now in his 60s and I just had 2 children born. I’m planning to retire him as soon as one of them comes of age.

Over the course of this campaign there’s been quite a few lords that I want to track down and execute. So if I start doing that, will my heir inherit all the negative that comes with executing them?
