i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. The Recruits from my little warband wont show up in the encyclopedia

G'day guys, I have been having problems with the recruits not showing up in the encyclopedia while using the old realms mod with my little warband. Any insights would be helpful. Cheers in advance.
