i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. [Viking Conquest] Ulf's Farmstead

I've tried getting past this mission so many time, but my forces are always crushed. Does anybody know of a way I can get better troops without an extreme grind at this stage in the game? Any advice on how to get past this mission would be helpful.
