How do you pronounce the various lords' names?

I'm working on a project to come up with languages for each faction. It'll help me nail down what the phonology of each should be. So how do you pronounce Count Clais, or Agusan Noyan? Is Harlaus har-louse, har-lus, butter-bandit?
