How to get Warband Script Extender to recognise mods?

I've downloaded Medieval Conquests, which I believe requires WSE to function, but when I load the Script Extending loader I can't click it in the drop-down box. I can't get it to WSE to recognise the mod, not matter where I put it. Where should I put it, and how should it be organised?
