I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. Is there anybody else who just can't bring themselves to raid villages?

Like every time i start i new play through i go yeah i'm gonna be bastard and raid villages and sell slaves to ramun, and yet never do it and just earn money through save scumming tournaments
