[PoP] Help with making a custom banner?

I'd like to make my own custom banner in PoP, but the mod uses higher resolution banners than the base game and other mods. Could anyone direct me to a blank template that's the same quality as the banners in this mod? The guide on moddb has the download for the base game banner, but as I stated previously it's much lower resolution. If a higher resolution blank banner is unavailable, could anyone give me advice on how to edit a current banner to make a plain white template so I can start from scratch? I use paint.net and I'll grab photoshop if I have to. Thanks in advance.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still β€œminor”.
