Help with getting the new Nord name list?

Hello! I am addicted to lore, and have been digesting the new stuff in War Sails. My problem is I play on Xbox and I haven't gotten the new DLC due to reports of increased crashes. Could someone be amazing and find the Nord name list in the game data and post it here? Any advice on how to keep your companions from getting captured?

I love the idea of having my companions form their own parties and going out into the world, but it seems totally useless, and actually it's more of a net negative, because always, ALWAYS, within ten days they are captured by a much weaker force and then I have to go pay money to break them out of prison and they lose all the troops I've given them, which wastes a LOT of soldiers after a while. I end up just making them governors to keep them out of trouble, even if they suck at actually governing. Any advice for how to keep them from getting captured all the time? Tips or tricks?
