Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Banner Icon Mod

Banner Icon Mod

I'm so annoyed by the lack of support for truly custom banners. The icons provided are very limiting when it comes to animal banners. Is anyone able to figure out a way to replace one the existing icons with a custom one. I've experimented a little but maybe someone more familiar with the code could help me figure this out. I want my icon to be this wolf.
