My Cuman warband

the cumans were so badass in KCD i've always wanted to create an army of them. was able to do so with the mylittlewarband mod. perfect for my mercenary run, love seeing them in action. they didn't turn out too OP, i mirrored the khuzait troops' skills but didn't give the elite horse archers glaive weapons, only one-handed. bit of a challenge, which is nice after a while of minmaxxing playthroughs. i haven't yet faced the khuzait in battle yet, but i def struggled against the nords and their heavy armor/shield walls. very fun. using Vaegir Armory, Cumans (WIP) mod on nexus (the working armors at least), Open Source Armory. if anyone is interested in the MyLittleWarband troop xml, let me know and I'll export it submitted by /u/jessento [link] [comments]

An ode to mount and blade for xbox

So for about a week or so my pc has stopped working and still am trying to figure out the issues (possibly cmos battery related) well anyways i decided to fire up my xbox one s after a couple years and decided to see if people still played mount & blade. At first i was sad because i looked at the server lists and there wasn’t a single person online so i decided to go into a duel session and see if anyone joined which finally some people did. I messaged back and forth with a couple people asking if anyone was still active and reminisced about war band when it first came to console. MNB was my absolute favorite game and i wouldn’t of traded the memories of it for anything. All the clan drama and wars going on, the multiple servers of just people tking eachother all the time for ridiculous reasons lmao, the learning curve of the game itself. When i went into arena and no one was around i was like man i had so many memories of this game and i just want to say thanks for everyone who was involved in mount and blade on xbox and a shoutout to jesusislord, Ragnar lothbrook, JK, and the whole community of whoever participated. Also not to discredit Anyone who played on PC or Playstation. Im sure i would of had the same opinion if i would of started there. Whatever platform you played on i hope you all have had as good a time as i did playing Warband and hope you continue to make some memories with Mount and Blade

Optimal weapons in Smithing (Forging): a second, deeper (?), look - Blades/Heads + Guards/Banners and Accessories. Bit of a letdown

A little recap is in order: last time we crafted every single possible weapon in Bannerlord, but ignoring guards, pommels, grips, accessories (From now on, "Parts 2/3/4")... and only switched between different blades/heads ("Parts 1"), which I expected to determine the overall worth of the item much more than the other parts (This proved to be the case, according to today's data).Furthermore, there were no changes in size at all, so all components were crafted only in standard size.
