I know there is (was?) a mod there you could have like a personal guard of 10 units in every battle. But is there any working mod out there that fix so you can have that, but also decide on your own what units shall be in it? So i ticked on hero death because i want there to be actual stakes in battle (a be able to kill enemy lord without the execution debuffs) but literally as far as i know one person has died in battle in the long campaign i have had and it was a less family member of one of the clans that follow me. I’ve literally seen my hero companions get rekt in the most brutal fucking ways and there fine in like a day. Is there a way to make it more realistic? I understand they cant die at the rate the regular army does because that would mean all lords would die but give me something here
