Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. So I know you have to have a feif and what not I'm clan rank 4 and when I go to my governor it doesn't give me the option to even start it I'm willing to go to war just want my own kingdom but won't let me Btw I'm in sandbox mode
