Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. It feels like we are playing completely different games.

So i reinstalled the game to try a different build other than my Bandit king and i remember why i dont play at warrior or above difficulty. There arnt any troops anywhere and i keep getting captured because im not good enough for a one v 5-17. And I look at some of your posts seeing you guys win battles outnumbered by hundreds and still win. I have no idea what yall are doing differently but I would love to know.
