The Best Armor I have Ever Found

I have played several thousand hours of Bannerlord. This is the only time in all of those hours that I have ever found a Tier 6 Legendary chest armor piece. I found this for sale in a town. Is there a mod like world events ?

I have 1.12 and world events was added in 1.3. I don’t upgrade to other versions because I have a lot of mods that run smoothly on 1.12 and don’t play on upgrading anytime soon as when I did upgrade to 1.45 and 1.3 my game would constantly crash. I was wondering if there is a mod like world events ?
