The Best Armor I have Ever Found

I have played several thousand hours of Bannerlord. This is the only time in all of those hours that I have ever found a Tier 6 Legendary chest armor piece. I found this for sale in a town. (Realm of Thrones) Where/how do I get better armour (such as full plate armour)?

Playing the realm of thrones mod and there is a lack of good armour in any of the cities/towns, I want to know where to find good armour as I do not have any recruits since i am roleplaying as a knight and I want to be able to not die against the common banditry
