What is fast mode?

Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Or if anyone has experience setting up the vanilla game scenario like it, would appreciate the advice. Thanks!!
