Customisation

What's the best way to get rid of a woman's husband?

So I want to marry Aelfeyja but she is already married and I was wondering what the best way to fix that is. I am currently a mercenary, should I just join a faction who is hostile to her husband's faction, capture him, then execute him, or is there a better way to handle this situation?
