I think they should rebalance this feature. As of right now I understand because with the perk it’s very easy to just buy your way to ruling calradia. However very often in my play throughs I find myself just cheating to the perk to buy cheap castles bordering my land and the occasional war torn town on discount. I feel like if you’re a famous noble general and extremely wealthy from owned towns you’ve taken by force then bartering for fiefs shouldn’t be locked behind being the best butter trader between towns. I think with some rebalancing it would make more sense to have this accessible once you’re a well established vassal or king. I take long breaks between campaigns so maybe an update added some secret sauce to upping trade fast I didn’t see. A very minor issue to critique and it’s definitely not needed for a good play-through but I feel stupid cheating to max trade for a single perk.
