The Best Armor I have Ever Found

I have played several thousand hours of Bannerlord. This is the only time in all of those hours that I have ever found a Tier 6 Legendary chest armor piece. I found this for sale in a town. I hate the nords (a sturgian's confession)

Every time i fight the Nords as a Sturgian Merc, we're always outnumbered and outclassed.
How come the Nords are always running around with bigger parties on average AND are loaded with Tier 5 Heavy and Shock Infantry (and Sky-God's Chosen)
Starting to make it my whole personality this campaign to just hate the nords more than anyone
