Marrying of sister/ daughters?

Hey all first time poster long time lurker. Does anyone know why your sister / daughters have to leave your clan when getting married? I find it weird you would think because how much renown and power your clan has that other clans would offer up their sons to join your clan. ¿Que significa ese símbolo del castillo, a la izquierda?

Tengo cómo 20 días que no juego (juego en Xbox). Al inciar vi que hubo actualización de unos 15 GB, y lo primero que note fue este símbolo, y honestamente no recuerdo haberlo visto antes (y tampoco es que juegue tanto). ¿Alguien sabe que significa?

Y que se supone que actualizaron, porque lo veo todo igual (solo me sorprendió que está vez no s eme corrompió la partida).
