I can't download the new Perisno, can someone please help?

I've tried downloading Perisno from ModDb using several different mirrors and browsers but the download always fails at around 90%. On the steam version, it just gets stuck and stays stuck all day. If someone could point me to another website where I can get it i would be very grateful.
