[AWOIAF] Ranged Accuracy Penalty in Sieges

Is this a 'feature' of this mod? For some reason in every siege my accuracy goes way down. With 390 in archery, in field battles accuracy is almost spot on. As soon as I get in a siege I seem to forget how to hold my bow. Even if the reasoning is to stop sieges turning into Saturday morning at the arrow exchange, it is such an immersion breaker I don't think I can play it anymore. Is there a way to turn it off??
