Lord not showing up in Town even though he appears on the minimap?

So I have two questions. The first one is that how come sometimes I get a notification that a Lord left another kingdom and has joined mine and sometimes I don't? When I get this message it seems that he automatically becomes my vassal without me having to accept him, I've never experienced this before.

Also a Lord shows up with his party in my Town, but when I go into the castle he isn't there, what's the deal with this?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
