And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. The AI has a knack for purposefully enacting the most garbage policies imaginable.
And the way the politics system works you are rarely ever able to revoke crap policies. Relations dont seem to affect it much at all either.
Trial by Jury: -1 influence and -0.2 security for +0.5 loyalty
That policy really just sucks, or at least early to mid game where you need that influence and dont care much for security or loyalty, particularly when loyalty isnt a big problem because most factions are within their culture borders.
Castle Charters: -20% castle upgrade cost ???
Whats the point of giving most policies some sort of drawback and then making some just objectively good?
These policies ought to be balanced a bit more.
Does anyone know how to revoke these policies with like 88% approval for some reason?
