What is fast mode?

One of the lords wont return from exile

So i got this guy i have with high relationship, but he hasnt returned after like 300 days and im starting to get worried. I do have returned exile. When i destroyed his faction, all of his members just disappeared, while when i destroyed another faction, they all spread out to the other factions. Any ways to force return him thru Morghs or Cheats?
