So, i'm new to the game, I started my first playthrough 3 days ago as some sort of low rank mercenary in the city of Shariz, did some bandit bashing and village defending until I had enough money do buy a bunch of mercenary horsemen and then I helped the Kahnate (Khanate?) In a campaign against Swadia but quickly got bored.
So what I did was reject my contract with the Khan king and decided to start my own kingdom.
I comquered Shariz by myself while the Emir was away doing his own stuff, I barely managed to secure the city when the whole sultanate came to raid the villages nearby in small armies so I started capturing their commanders some which are cosplaying as vikings (somebody please explain), now I have a small collection of 7 Emirs in my prison and refuse to let them go but they still refuse to make peace, they say i'm not a master or something. My mamelukes started deserting and nobody wants to help me, what do I do?
Td;lr I conquered Shariz, sultanate raids my villages , captured many commanders and i'm keeping them in prison refusing ransoms, sultanate refused to make peace , army started deserting, need help
