Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. If I see one more person describe the game as "unplayable" I'm going to lose my mind.

You're literally playing it. As an Early Access. Unless it's a game breaking bug, it isn't unplayable. If it is a game breaking bug you should probably report it.
