Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Does this happen to any of you? Now I can’t do anything in battle. All my men just stood there waiting to be charged. :(
