I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. RBM armor question

I’m in war sails, and I like some of RBM but I dislike the armor balancing since I had some other armor mods and the rework apparently doesn’t affect them, making the items that should be very strong (Bahamuts armory) a bad choice comparably to other options. The question is if I can turn off the armor rework
