I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. Recruiting Caladog

I’ve been reloading my game since battania was destroyed and Caladog hasn’t joined anybody. Reloaded about 30 times already, is it even possible? Am I going to infinitely reload with no chance of it happening?
