I’m sure this gets brought up a million times a day on here but I need to rant before I absolutely blow my top off๐I am absolutely obsessed with everything medieval. I play Chivalry 2, Medieval Dynasty, For Honor, and in most games that allow a sword in a gunfight, I bring a sword. That being said, I just started Bannerlord a week ago and have been utterly obsessed. I’m on Xbox and I stopped playing everything else. Up until now.. I cannot in good faith keep playing this game. I’m part of the Khuzaits and Monchug, the moron he is, keeps declaring war on the southern and northern empire at the same time. He’s done this my entire playthrough so we’ve taken quite a bit of their land. On paper, the game says we’re immensely more powerful. We have almost “16,000 troops” more than them. And yet, our little Monchug keeps declaring war constantly, never forms armies, so I’m forced into stopping what I’m doing to lead massive pushes into their territory. But because it’s both north and south, ...
It would be cool to have a system where you could change your party's campaign movement pace.
There could be some kind of fatigue system, where traveling at a faster pace drains party fatigue, and traveling at a slower pace or staying put recharges it. If you run out of fatigue, your party would be fixed at the slowest pace until fatigue regenerates.
Traveling at a faster pace reduces map visibility, traveling at a slower pace increases it.
It would be perfect for all kinds of niche scenarios, where you're in a foot race against a hostile party that you're chasing, or that's chasing you.
