Not the first post on this topic, but I have over 40 vlandian lords in my dungeons, and my vassals undoubtedly have plently too. I just destroyed four 1000 doomstacks in a row, but oops! looks like fifty familys are sending out their daughters with no combat experience at all to siege a castle with highly trained troops that materialized out of thin air. yes, i know about beheading, but I am playing the good guy this time, so i have level two honor, generosity, and level one of every other positive trait. So what the actual fuck am I supposed to do about this? Win battle after battle till my dungeons are completely full, until fifteen clans suddenly have fourty long lost cousin's grandma's dog's caretakers that have the ability to summon troops from the dead? I am begging you taleworlds, please for the fucking love of god make it so you can be the good guy and also still retain your sanity. submitted by /u/Unlucky-Bus-3024 [link] [comments]
It would be cool to have a system where you could change your party's campaign movement pace.
There could be some kind of fatigue system, where traveling at a faster pace drains party fatigue, and traveling at a slower pace or staying put recharges it. If you run out of fatigue, your party would be fixed at the slowest pace until fatigue regenerates.
Traveling at a faster pace reduces map visibility, traveling at a slower pace increases it.
It would be perfect for all kinds of niche scenarios, where you're in a foot race against a hostile party that you're chasing, or that's chasing you.
