AWoIaF: a Lannister Always Pays his Debts help

I've really been digging this mod but this quest has me kind of stumped. I'm I supposed to be tracking a group of lannisters near Hollow Hill or is it like a bandit hideout style quest? Because I don't see any of the nearby towns getting raided which the quest suggests so I'm just aimlessly wandering around looking for these guys. What constitutes "the vicinity" of hollow hill?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
