I have been testing quite a bit Naute vs Legionaries as I want to make a Infantry playthrough with Empire only units and I noticed Legionaries are just ass now. Naute even with worse armor just outperform and that even in battles where they are outnumbered and/or fight mixed armies against t5/t4 with archers and cav. Hey M&B community! You have been a great source of info for me as I have just gotten into this game on Xbox when it went on sale a few weeks ago.
I had a quick couple questions regarding vassalage. I was a vassal of Swadia for a bit until I took a castle and was not awarded it. I rebelled and am now my own king. However, I was wondering what will happen if I now swear vassalage to someone else? Will I lose my castle? Is this wise? Or should I remain a mercenary? What should I do to avoid being ramshackled by the other factions since I only have one castle and village?
