Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Should i play vanilla warband first?

I bought the game a few days back. I know about the game from watching my friend play and he told me about how the game was super moddable.

Fast forward today and I'm playing PoP with a level 12-ish character and some companions ( been grinding arena and robbers). It's just that I'm not too sure on where to go from here. Should I start over in Vanilla warband and then go to PoP? Or should I just continue playing PoP?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
