Just got back into the game agter the war sails expansion. And I am disappointed at the shallow level of fiplomacy still in the game. So many aded features and yet they could not add a truce mechanic...or even a way to influence nobles to change policy. Furthermore the changes they made are banal and redundant.. Explain to me why my "ALLY" Just deckared war on me after i PAID them 500k money to attack another faction. Keep in mind this was with 72 days remaining on the alliance. So i have achieved victory with sarleon as the winning faction at 1680 days. In the time of those days i had only 1 chance to rebel which i forbid since i wasn't very strong and my knighthood order wasn't upgraded much. Now im sitting with a fully red map and have the desire to start my own kingdom. Problem is, i don't know how to do that without losing my fiefs valonbray janos and ishkoman and a couple of villages (valonbray is where my cko is located and is standing pretty strong and getting stronger). So my question is is there anyway for me to go off on my own without losing all my fiefs?
