STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. Invisible thugs in town ( BUG )

Invisible thugs in town ( BUG )

I can see that this NPC have 8 thugs in waterfront, but when i enter, there's noone there, even in clearing or backstreet,nothing. Is this a bug? I remember last year i can farm those thugs and they can spawn after a few days.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
