Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. i havent played in ~2 years, is the game at the point yet where i can play through normally, doing most of the content, and then finishing the game?

last time i tried to play the skill points literally didn't even work so i figured i'd give the game another try later

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
