How do you manage your land / sea troops, if you're not playing Nords?

I'm curious about how to manage two separate parties. Obviously, you can just stuff your regular land troops on ships and call it a day. However, I wonder if it would make sense to leave a bunch of sea troops garrisoned in a coastal city and swap your land army with your mariners when you need to go and do some sailing. How do you play? Do you have two separate parties? Do you run around with a mix of mariners and land troops? Do you commit to just one playstyle? Mod Load Order Help

Mod Load Order Help

I haven't played since 1.5.5, and even had it set to stay there so I wouldn't have to re-mod Bannerlord if I went back to it. However, I decided to start playing again today and re-mod it anyways. I don't remember the load orders, and there seem to be zero resources online featuring a guideline on the order of mods. Like Resources -> Overhauls -> etc. Any links I find are for 1.5-1.6.5 versions.

My game is set at 1.7.0. I tried downloading only mods that worked with 1.7.0 and the respective versions, ignoring 1.7.1 or 1.7.2 files.

I have the Bannerlord Mod Launcher, which doesn't seem to have been updated since last I played. When I click 'Sort,' it doesn't even do anything. All it does is move MCM between Sandbox and StoryMode when I put it with Harmony, ButterLib, and UIExtenderEx.

I know how to mod, and I did make sure that everything was compatible where information was provided and from experience, but I don't know what to do. I tried winging it, by putting character creation/editing first, followed by the larger mods, followed by smaller mods, concluding with minor mods.

Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT:
When opening the game from Steam, and viewing the Mods tab, almost all of the mods feature red warning icons, saying that it couldn't verify some or all of the code. DCC - Additional Sliders, Open Source Armoury, and More Arenas are exceptions. Is this normal?

Detailed Mariner Unit Analysis/Tier List for Campaign

TL;DR Tier List. These are my personal notes and I acknowledge it is just my opinion, just posted to hopefully help others S: Imperial Naute A: Battanian Skipari, Vlandian Nauta, Nord Huscarl, B: Sturgian Reaver, Nord Berserkr, Aserai Bahriyyah, C: Corsair Chief, Nord Skjaldbrestir, Nord Chosen of the Sky-God, Sea Raider Chief D: Various Convoy Guards, Nord Ulfhedinn, F: Nord Youngling Testing is done in actual campaign as well as using custom battles and the Retinue mod to look directly at stats/equipment.
