Is anyone else finding it difficult to level up charm for family members?

Bannerlord Frustrations

Heya, it’s me again. I just set up a fully upgraded, mix matched army. Against 200 normal battainians. I was playing on conquering three first, starting an independent kingdom, and then snowballing. With only 1200 days left to beat the campaign, and a lot of land to conquer. I was feeling confident, with more money than I could ever spend. I proceeded to get absolutely destroyed… Yeah, I really don’t know how this Campaign is possible. It’s hard to find a good guide anywhere online. I’m starting to think the game is designed more so around being a vassal. I looked around on Reddit for guides, and I only found people complaining saying the Campaign can only beaten with mods and such. Well, I don’t know, I’ve put so many hours into this campaign already and right now I’m basically just venting at how stressful it was to see my army melt against the enemy. Back to the drawing board I guess…

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
